Thanks to COVID-19 (there’s a phrase you don’t hear every day…), many big brands are releasing their “secret recipes”, including Doubletree Hotels. I’ve long been a huge fan of their signature cookies (served warmed at check-in, yum!) so when they published the recipe, I had to try them.
I made a batch of Doubletree cookies a few weeks ago and I have to say these did not disappoint. At all. I’ve since returned to my low carb, gluten free ways but these were worth the splurge. I may experiment at some point with a GF version, we’ll see. If you’re in the mood for a real treat, give these a try.
